I bought a new radiator a couple months ago and i put coolant in today and by the time I got home it was running hot again and smoke is only coming from the back of the motor like by the passenger

There is a coolant hose that runs to and from the oil cooler on the passenger side of the motor. Either part of the oil filter housing assembly or just above it (if its a seperate assembly). The Coolant hose usually ends up leaking.
Yes...If it is the set up that runs through the oil filter housing, it will be easier to remove and replace the hoses (use bulk heater hose) with the housing removed. If you take the oil filter off, remove the piece that it threads on to and the assembly will drop down. There is another gasket between the cooler and the housing that should be replaced at this time also (looks similar to the oil filter gasket, but slightly different size). I suggest using silicone clamps instead of regular worm style clamps as they have a metal band inside that will prevent the hose from being cut into when you tighten the clamp. They are more expensive, but well worth it. If they are the squeeze clamps, you can reuse them as long as they are not damaged.
