Headlights don't work

Hello, sounds like testing further is needed - possibly a switch concern? Headlamp relays? Lighting control module? It's not as simple as "power and ground" -- there is a troubleshooting chart for figuring out what's wrong with lighting. Hands on testing is needed. Fuses and bulbs isn't enough, unfortunately.
