What is wrong with my 2000 Nissan Maxima I fit has coolant and oil but keeps overheating?

The engine and motor sounds ok but as I start to drive it for couple mins it’s starts to overheat

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing helps at the moment it just keeps overheating
