MY heat doesn't work, air stays cold.

What is your question?

My a/c and defroster and vents work properly, but all air stays cold. When siding temperature lever to hot air stays cold. Mechanic says water is coming through heater core. Will part number 27742-Y900 ACTUATOR ASSY-AIR MIX fix my problem. Thank you.
