I had a starter rebuilt, battery is hot. Cranked fine a few times, now want start. Tapped on starter and battery cables. What's wrong

Had starter rebuilt. Battery is hot. Turn key on, all the bells jingle, interior lights work. Turn key to crank want do anything. Click or nothing, tapped on starter, still nothing

Check the battery voltage first. It should be about 11 volts or higher. If that's ok then check for power at the starter. Alex
