car idles for maybe two minutes then shuts off. the only way i can get the car to drive is by giving it gas while it idling . and when i get on the road the car backfires. replaced the coilpacks spark plugs. what is the deal?

Check the codes, you may have a defective crankshaft or camshaft sensors, both are pretty common. Any check engine/service engine soon light on? If so, get that code, that will help a lot. here are some shops: https://repairpal.com/nissan-repair-in-philadelphia-pennsylvania
thanks for the imput it was the maf sensor i put it in the car idle fine now
