it is a primary fault in the ignition coil circuit. you need a real diag from a real shop to help you here. cam sensor is the wrong system. Roy

Ignition coil failure is common but the Nissan computer does not do a good job of identifying which cylinder has the problem. A real good diagnostician will catch the problem by using a low amp probe on the ignition coil and look at current ramp pattern on an oscilloscope. That code frustrates a lot of mechanics.
