There are too many codes to know which might be causing your problem...best to erase the codes and try to start/drive the car and see which code returns. If I had to guess I'd say there's an issue with the Camshaft Position Sensor...but you could easily have another issue causing all these codes to set. Ideally you should have a shop look at this and diagnose the exact cause. Is that an option for you? Can I recommend one for you?
