Try cleaning your throttle body. Sounds like your TPS sensor is going bad.

Need to check VSS(Vehicle speed sensor), confirm speedometer is working, TCM(transmission control module), ECUEngine control unit), & TPS(throttle position sensor), clean out throttle body.
