Headlight hight beam not working

Could be the bulb itself is bad as its a dual element bulb https://partimages.genpt.com/largeimages/1039023.jpg about $15 to $20 at any parts store. Dual element means that it contains the low beam and high beam in one bulb

The directional light / light control contacts need to be cleaned or repositioned in order to make good contact.
