rough idle

i have changed the plugs dist cap and rotary button and just put an air flow meter on but when im stopd or something it still has a really up and down idle i dont know what else to do iv changed the vacum lines i mean somebody please help this is gettin expensive i work at a nissan dealership and the mechanics apparently dont know what theyr doing
