when you engage the air conditioning clutch it slows way down and it barely pumps freon to your system cuz the pump going bad or what and another question would be whenever you hit the brakes or slow down sometimes it loses power what would be the problem sometimes it shuts off by itself

I just need some clarification. What is slowing down when you turn the A/C on, and how what do you mean by barely pumping freon? Are the high side and low side pressures too low?
Slowing down and having hesitation speeding back up could indicate a bad or clogged exhaust gas recirculation valve (EGR) or even a bad throttle position sensor.
You can try cleaning out the EGR valve to see if that helps, but, if not, you will have more in depth diagnosis needed.
