2003 Montero Sport ran hot then died wont start it jus turns what could be the issue?? crankshaft position senssor?

I just got my car back from the mechanic yesterday i myslef replaced the camshaft sensor thinking it was that but it wasnt it was the crankshaft postion sensor but mine is a 2002 and the sensor was behind the timing belt but he also found out i had a small head gasket leak going into the cylender so now i have to get that fixed
