I replaced the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay but the fuel pump will not work

Hello, You will need to verify the circuit. You already know it is not getting power or ground at the fuel pump, otherwise it would be running. So start at the relay and fuse. Test for power at the fuse with the key in the on position, then check for the relay to click when you turn the key on then off on then off. It should click each time you turn the key. If those are good, you are chasing the wires from front to back to find where the short or open circuit is at.
