Switched out cam sensor crank sensor and redone the timing but still wont start like if battery was dead but battery voltage is good

Camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor were probably both just fine in the first place, and a waste of resources to change. Those sensors also do not prevent engine cranking ever. Have you had a test performed for starter motor draw to see if there's a concern there? How are the battery cables and connections?
