OBD2 no power

Hello, sounds like multiple circuits are in question. Check for blown fuses. Check for water intrusion or damage to the relay/fuse boxes. Check for a possible common ground that is compromised. Is there any history of this vehicle for physical damage or water leaks? So much not known -- more information and hands on testing is needed.
