What do you mean by the battery will crank but no click sound. When you attempt to start the engine is it turning and trying to start? If you do not know where those components are its probably best to have it looked at by a qualified technician. Unsure of your question won't click but cranks and can't get to flood? I would recommend getting it to a qualified repair shop and showing them first hand what it is doing so they can assess the situation
