I have a 1991 mighty max 2.4 fuel injected. New fuel pump, new fuel filter and have removed and cleaned injectors. Fuel pump is only pumping/priming when sterting the vehicle is this normal? Truck will not idle or run am i missing something electrical?

The engine was overhauled. New fuel pump, filter and pressure regulator installed. Checked for vacuum leaks all ok. MAS cleaned, tps replaced, computer was replaced by previous owner around 2000. Fuel pump relay is clicking.

Are you getting fuel at the engine? Are you getting spark? Is there an appropriate amount of air getting into the engine? Are there no exhaust restrictions?
You'll find one or more of those elements missing. When you do, you have to follow a process to diagnose the concern. For example - if you do not have spark, you'll have to check for the possible causes -- coil, plugs, cables, distributor, crank angle sensor, and so on. Since an engine overhaul was performed, is there an engine base timing issue?
If you have fuel at the injectors when cranking, it would seem to me that you should stop looking at a fuel system concern as a possible cause.
