My Transaxle is slipping.

What is your question?

I believe my Transaxle could be going out. I need some suggestions.Or how I can repair it myself. I have no reverse, with overdrive off seems to be fine. With it on, it slips at 35 miles per hour and does not shift to 4th gear. If this is my Transaxle, does anyone have one for sale for cheap?
