radio switch won't turn on or off and i can't put on fm

Hello, this can be either a software or hardware problem with your audio unit. I would encourage you to do the following: -remove any cables attached to devices -delete any Bluetooth relationships -perform a "factory reset" if possible on the audio unit -- scroll through the menus and see if this is possible. I'm not terribly familiar first hand with the Mini itself, but audio units tend to be of similar design across vehicles. You may find that this helps. Other than that, you'll need to consult some professional assistance.
