Does 2004 ford factory radios have some way to reset them

I changed my battery now my radio will not come on 2004 mercury monterey with factory stereo with 6 disc changer. I have checked all fuses, let it set overnight with positive cable off of battery, took radio out of dash checked for fuse there (none there) and also checked connections to radio, Still no radio can anyone help me
