Hi Albert, First, check that the inertia switch in the left side of the trunk (behind padding) is pressed down. If it trips, it will discontinue power to the fuel pump driver module. Also, the fuel pump driver module is located there for testing. The fuse and relay are in the main junction box under the hood, and I would really recommend using the shop manual or alldatadiy.com to view the full circuit as it is not a common fuel pump circuit. You will need a multimeter to track the issue, and the schematic to understand where everything is situated. It is a pretty large system for a fuel pump.
