What is your question?
Blows hot air all of the time and overheats. Have to turn on the heat to get the temp to go down. Then some days it doesn't overheat but still blows hot air. Whe. I do a test on the climate control I get codes 024 and 025.Also have a problem with the lights flickering/fluttering unless I get the RPMS up then it's not as bad

Step one would be to repair the overheating issue! This is the most serious concern. Once the engine is operating properly, you'll want to check the operation of the temperature blend door actuator. Unfortunately, this is only accessible by removing the dash assembly. As far as the lights, check the charging system including the alternator performance, battery condition and the wiring connector at the alternator which may show signs of overheating.
