My a/c & heater works it want blow out the vents

I have replace my blower in my car because I thought that was the reason the ac and heater wasn't blowing out the vents.... Well I replace that in it still want blow out the vents heater in ac works just no pressure coming out vents
What makes this problem better or worse?
