Hello, if there is a concern with a blend door, the dash will have to be accessed to get to the actuator or heater plenum. However, i would suggest testing be performed. If the concern is not directed hot or cold air flow, perhaps the blower speed controller could be a concern? Or other areas of the ventilation system?
