dome light and lower front cabin lights do not go off with all doors closed

Sounds like a door ajar switch sticking or malfunctioning. Try spraying lubricant directly into the door latches and operate the doors open and closed several times. Hopefully a sticking switch will loosen up and your problem will go away for the time being. Ultimately you will likely need to replace the affected door ajar switch.
