What is your question?
I recently replaced all tires, had wheel alignment and changed serpentine belt. Noticed that the power steering sounds as if it is straining since belt replacement. Car unexpectedly pulls right when attempting left turn. Power steering reservoir is full and no leaks are noted. Any thoughts on what might be causing this to occur?

It could be so many things, hydraulic problem with the rack? You would think a pump problem would affect either side. If the Ackerman steering angle was greater on one side the turn in would be greater to that side but that would be noted during alignment and adjusted then. Are the tires a match and tire pressures OK? Bring it back to the tire shop and ask them to drive the car and see what they think and or recheck the alignment.
