I keep having this vibration although I did tune up.

I did change spark plugs, fuel filter, clean fuel injectors, control arms, ball joins, tie rods in & outer. Except ignition coils were changed a year ago. What is left to change to eliminate this minor engine hesitation or vibration. In addition. last year I changed both catalytic converter with sensors and last month I cleaned the radiator and change new water intake elbow and new upper and lower hoses plus heater valve.
