Exactly what brand and type of spark plug do I get for my 02 Mercury Marquis GS?

The car is slightly punchy, engine light is on had it checked and it says it's because of my catalytic converters -O2 sensors. The car has 182000 miles on it. I have only owned it for 3 years and have never had the plugs changed.
