warm engine won't start-cold no problem

What is your question?

Have 2001 grand marquis, 128k mi. When engine cold, starts fine. When engine warm and shut off, won't start, wait half hour..no problem. Engine turns over, but won't start til it cools down. Any thoughts? I've heard crank sensor is bad.
