What is your question?
After fuel pump was replaced, low humming/hissing sound can be heard near the fuel pump. Noise can be heard from the moment it is turned on, and it does not stop until car is turned off. This car only has 55,000 miles. Any ideas?

Sounds like your new fuel pump is noisier than your old one. The only thing to do would be replace it again with another pump. Some are louder than others. Make sure you use a high quality part (although even some Ford pumps are historically noisy!)
I agree with Dave but want to add. make sure you replace the fuel filter. a plugged filter wil make the pump work very hard and has been known to make pumps vibrate. Roy
