how come my headlights won't turn on

If you had your lighting control module replaced Ford Motor Company has just issued a Customer Satisfaction Program to replace this part due to this problem. If you have had this replaced due to this then you may be due a refund for the work and part if it was done at a dealer. Contact your local dealer for more information. The program information came out in April of 2014 and it is for the Lighting Control Modules. It is not a recall but a Customer Satisfaction Program. In other words Ford Motor Company is trying to say there is a problem but not really saying there is a problem.... REALLY!!! Ours was fixed at a dealer and it saved us from spending over $600+....
