Hi, you'll need a diagnsotic tool to find out if the fan is being commanded on or not. Then you'll need to drill down to the root cause of why the fan is or isn't being commanded on. If commanded on and the fan doesn't turn on, you'll need to perform circuit testing in that area to find out where the disconnect is. I think you may find that the engine processor is not seeing a need to turn the fan on, due to faulty information coming in.
