What is your question?
HEAT VERY LOW

This may be a blend door problem. There is a door that is used to direct the air either over your heater core, your A/C evaporator or some combination there of, that is why it is called the blend door. On many Ford vehicles this mechanism wears out. ( I know, I was Ford tech ) Have a good shop inspect your car with this in mind.
Wow...this is pretty weird...we have the exact same name! I've never met anyone with the same name before! As far as your problem, it is very difficult to advise you online about what the issue might be. I agree with dandd that it may be related to the blend door...it could also be air bubbles in the coolant system, a leaky head gasket, etc. I would recommend having a qualified shop check it out. If you need any assistance, our shop is not far from you, in Uxbridge. Give me a call or e-mail if you'd like to schedule an appointment.
