The code P0455 refers to an Evaporative Systems Large leak and/or no Purge Flow. See http://repairpal.com/OBD-Code-P0440. the fact that your cooling fans are running constantly is another issue, that is not really related. it could be a stuck cooling fan relay pack, a poor Coolant Temperature Sensor that is not yet setting a code. Is you A/C or defrost on? That will constantly run your cooling fans. Try turning all your Climate Control settings to completely OFF and see if that make any difference.
