Just replaced intake manifold and plugs and wires, and mass air flow.. The check engine light is not on.. Can't figure why milage is sooo poor... about 15mpg on highway!

Hmm, 15 mpg is a little lower than the average reported, about 19 mpg. However, keep in mind that many factors contribute to fuel economy. Vehicle load, drag coefficient (bug deflector installed? Antenna installed? Etc...), measurement variables and so on. The only mechanical things I can think of - can you verify your torque converter is locking in? Does overdrive work for sure? This would affect your number. Slow switching oxygen sensors could do it too. Did you have poor mileage before the intake change?
o2 sensorsneeds replacing sending signal to computerthat engine is cold causes engine to dump more full
Yes, I did have poor milage before the intake change... I drive 60mi round trip a day, using a 1/4 tank a trip... after intake change aprox a 1/8 tank a trip... fillin up on mon.. by fri would still have 1/4 tank of gas for weekend.. now after intake change... fill up again on a Wed... can't afford this!!! 90.00 spent on fuel this week!
Be sure there is no intake gasket leak, as the additional air sucked in would ask leave the computer asking to dump more fuel to compensate. Worth looking into. Have a diagnostic tool check short and long fuel trim to see.
