Most likely it is your hazard switch module which would likely be in the fuse block but I would check the turn signal fuses and hazard fuses first.

brake light switch on brake petal check with test light one side shood be power on it ,mash petal other side shood light up, if one side light up other dont switch is bad you shood have brake light fuze too
