high beams do not work it is not a fuse or bulbs

Dimmer switch? The high beams are actuated by pushing and pulling on the turn signal stalk (multifunction switch). Not sure what other dimmer switch you mean, in relation to high beams? There should be a thumbwheel for turning on interior lights and dimming the dash lights...

Had the same problem . I took it to an auto electrical shop to be repaired was told that there is a module that controls the High beams that was shorted out . Cost for replacement $500 . In my case the were able to by pass it. Cost $95 dollars.
