braking system kicks on.

The speedometer stops, the power steering goes out, the braking system kicks on, the drivers side mirror doesn't work properly and now the top is down and won't go up. It's telling me that the top can't go up when in drive and it's in park. First, it was just the speedometer, the power steering and the braking system. I've had at the dealer in service area 5 times now. They initially replaced a module and that didn't work. They told me it was defective and replaced it again with no change. The 3rd time they said it was a wire...That wasn't it either. The 4th time they said it was a ground strap and cleaned it up and called it good. The 5th time they said they couldn't find the problem and if I brought it back again, they would put another module in and charge me 1,100.00 and not knowing exactly what the problem is. When I said no, they suggested that I get the tune-up and sell the car!!! Unbelievable.
