How much does it cost for Ignition lock and tumbler failure?

i think a lock smith should not do this repair,nothing against lock smiths ,it not an everyday lock and it may need to be carefully cut out , ,it could be one of three things ,#1 key #2 tumbler # the complete cylinder ,if the key does not get to a certain position than the steering lock needs to be cut out ,it should be 2 hours labor plus parts for a complete set up
