emergency flashers work left directional works, when you put right directional on nothing happens, no flashing on dash, no exterior directional working. You can hear a clicking sound near the k40 relay under hood

Check and replace front and rear bulbs as needed with the correct application bulbs and recheck operation. It would be unusual to have an extenuating concern. If in fact you do all that, and it doesn't help -- then I'd seek diagnostic assistance. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
