My trunk doesn't open as well as my hard top roof.

My trunk opened before and my hard top hood worked as well with no flashing when i clicked on the button, then it got really cold one night and the following day my trunk would not open and so does my hard top hood. The button flashes when i tried to open the top. Please help!!!
