Clicking noise behind the drivers seat, when start up and shut off?

I have the same problem. There is a clicking noise inside the seat. The dashboard also flickers when the clicking occurs and the radio is affected until the clicking stops. While it is clicking, I can feel a very slight pulling on the shoulder part of the seat belt. I also have an issue with the rear storage compartments staying locked (not sure if caused by same problem). Have you solved your problem as yet?
