where is the crankshaft positioning censor located on my 2003 sl55amg.

Crankshaft sensor is located on the driverside on the transmission where the trans an engine bolt together its one little star bolt which holds the sensor in place its alittle tricky to get too. yuyou wkwill need i extension,swivel,Rachet and a E8 inverted torx socket. Hope this helps
