Hello, I'm certain that most technicians are unfamiliar with servicing this vehicle, and I'm not sure which types of displays and lighting you have in your dashboard. But speculating on the issue will not help since the dealer is obligated to correct the issue under your factory warranty. If they do not, contact mercedes Benz of North America for resolution at the corporate level.
