Where is transmission spout to check fluid level on my 2009 Mercedes S550?

I had the transmission rebuilt just around the beginning of the pandemic shutdown so after test drive to be sure the transmission was operating like new again I parked car in my garage. I had to get new battery to start car again, after I got car out of garage I noticed red transmission fluid on garage floor,looks like a couple of quarts (car was sitting for about 18 months) I am trying to find out if I can check the transmission fluid level and if needs to,add fluid to see if the slipping and revving would stop or not. Please let me know if this 2009 S550 4matic Mercedes transmission fluid can be checked and add fluid. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.
