Freon level is adequate ,ambient temperature sensor and in cabin filter has been replaced,problem persists

Simply put, when the system is not operating, testing needs to be performed to find out what is lacking. Is it an electrical system failure -- electrical portion of the air conditioning, like a compressor clutch or coil, or a cycle switch? Is it a climate control concern inside the vehicle? Too hard to tell what is going on without hands on testing.
