2008 mercedes s550 does not start

Tried to turn on my mb s550 and all of the sudden the dash startef to cone on and off and saying service required in red. Thing is cant get it to a tow truck because it does not let you shift from P to D or even N it only turns on the dash and the engine fan starts working but car does not turn on. I have a video of what it does
