This could be your airmatic. I had my car tilt but I did get an airmatic error. There is an airmatic pump that raises and lowers car. My pump and seals had to be replaced because of a leak and the pump did not have enough psi to lift car. I had an extended warranty and its was completely covered at Mercedes.
