Hello, This issue is fairly common. The system depends on pressurized air to close the door and trunk. If there is a leak in that system, the air pressure will not reach the needed level. There is also an electrical component to the system, and checking/replacing the fuse should be your first task. The automatic closing system is sensitive to the air pressure inside the car. If there is an air leak in the vehicle doors, sunroof, or trunk, the system may not function properly.
